Charles V. Reed, founder and president of CNW Capital Partners LLC, has been actively involved in the financing, development, marketing and property management of real estate in the Boston area for more than twenty years.

Prior to starting CNW Capital Partners, Mr. Reed was Chief Operating Officer at Raymond Property Company. Mr. Reed received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and his Masters and Doctoral degrees from Oxford University.

Mr. Reed has extensive experience in all facets of residential (condominium and multi-family), commercial and retail development, including: identifying opportunities, market analysis, due diligence, permitting, financial modeling, debt and equity contract negotiations, development oversight, property management and dispositions.
