At 6 and 7 Mount Vernon Place, which were restored as separate single-family townhomes containing approximately 7,500 SF, the Developers constructed a 14-space subsurface parking garage to accommodate off-street parking for all three buildings. Each townhouse has a space in the garage and a deeded parking space on Mount Vernon Place. Both townhouses have been sold.
